Share Job Description The Learning and Development Manager is a strategic leader responsible for driving organizational effectiveness through the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive learning and development programs. This role involves assessing company-wide developmental needs, identifying and delivering effective training solutions, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. The Learning and Development Manager plays a critical role in enhancing employee performance, promoting talent development, and ultimately contributing to the organization's success by equipping its people with the skills and knowledge necessary to achieve business objectives. Educational Attainment: College degree in Psychology, Education, Organizational Development or other Behavioral Science Course, MBA/MA an advantage Has at least Five (5) years of L&D role in a managerial capacity Experience: Ten (10) years of progressive work experience in Learning and Development, five (5) years of which is in a managerial capacity. Human Relations: Exemplifies superior maturity, values and character. Exudes adequate confidence and tact in relating with people; able to inspire and influence; superior customer service orientation; very good coordinating skills Mental Effort: Very good judgment for decision-making; superior written and oral communication skills; Organizational Awareness and sensitivity; Planning, organizing; Problem-solving skills Working Location If the position requires you to work overseas, please be vigilant and beware of fraud.
