Job Description Compliance & Culture Supervisor Location: Gen. Luna Street, Century City, Poblacion, Makati Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM | Saturday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Salary: Php 35,000 – 45,000/month + allowances and Perfect Attendance Incentive About the Role Are you passionate about ensuring organizations stay compliant while fostering a positive workplace culture? As our Compliance & Culture Supervisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in safeguarding our firm’s legal standing and nurturing an ethical, people‑centered work environment. This role blends corporate compliance oversight with culture‑building leadership—ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of law, people, and organizational excellence. What You’ll Do Regulatory & Legal Compliance Supervise and ensure timely renewal and compliance of all business permits and registrations (Barangay, Mayor’s Permit, BIR, SEC, DOLE, and other regulatory bodies). Prepare, review, and maintain corporate documents in accordance with government requirements. Oversee the submission and tracking of corporate reports and filings (e.g., General Information Sheet, SEC submissions, and compliance certificates). Liaise and coordinate with government agencies and LGUs for all legal and compliance‑related transactions. Monitor regulatory updates and ensure the firm’s policies align with the latest compliance standards. Supervisory & Administrative Lead and mentor compliance and administrative staff, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies. Establish and implement compliance monitoring systems and standard operating procedures. Collaborate with management to develop and enforce company‑wide compliance strategies. Culture & People Development Partner with HR and management to promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and collaboration. Support initiatives that reinforce employee engagement, ethical conduct, and organizational values. Act as a role model for professional conduct and compliance excellence within the team. What You’ll Bring Must have completed Juris Doctor. At least 3–5 years of experience in corporate or regulatory compliance, ideally in a consulting or professional services setting. Strong knowledge of Philippine business regulations (SEC, DOLE, BIR, LGU). Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills. Leadership mindset—proactive, composed under pressure, and capable of handling sensitive matters with discretion. Why Join Us?
