As a Flex Analyst within the H&B, you will be part of a team supporting our Asia Pacific clients in monitoring and tracking submitted claims and reimbursements. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and have excellent data manipulation skills. Also, exposure or background in the benefits brokerage / insurance administration work is required. The position would also require project management skills and customer support / management skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a program with heavy emphasis on mathematics or business
- 1-2 years\' work experience either in an insurance company or an outsourcing company doing healthcare processes (eg claims, enrolment)
- Previous benefits or insurance experience a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience with data entry, validation and manipulation (advanced Excel skills are essential)
- Ability to review and check data against subject domain knowledge (e.g., health and group benefits) and understand the data\'s applicability/accuracy for the designated purpose
- Ability to ask the right questions and seek help where appropriate
- Sense of accountability; owning one\'s work and taking pride in it
- Collaboration with a global team, include taking accountability for quality and on-time delivery of own work and involving other team members when appropriate
- Structured problem solving and analytical thinking
- Continuous improvement mindset – increasing task efficiency and effectiveness with each product or service repetition
- Strong client service orientation
- Strong client relationship, interpersonal and team skills

Job Description:
Major accountabilities
- Lead and oversee the execution and delivery of total rewards strategies and initiatives for SLGS Philippines. Key responsibilities include: Manage participation in compensation & benefits surveys for Philippines, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.
- Develop and implement comprehensive salary structures, including creation of salary grids and ranges aligned with market trends and organizational goals.
- Drive the execution of Annual Performance Appraisal processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fair evaluation practices.
- Lead and drive the timely execution of mid-year/off-cycle compensation review process.
- Analyze internal, external, and peer group C&B data/trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations to key business stakeholders.
- Lead benefits program benchmarking efforts and drive changes to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
- Oversee the administration of various benefits programs, ensuring efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with 3rd party suppliers across the C&B spectrum, ensuring optimal service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and proactively manage the implementation of policy changes in response to revised labor laws and government regulations.
- Direct the development and maintenance of comprehensive operating guidelines and policies related to Total Rewards programs.
- Lead the delivery of organization\'s Wellness program, developing strategies to enhance employee well-being and productivity.
- Collaborate with the Global Mobility team to streamline processes for employee movement across Sun Life locations.
- Enforce and maintain strict adherence to the organization\'s data security requirements within the Total Rewards function.
- Support with preparation and delivery of C&B related documentation for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and transparency.
Qualifications
- Total Rewards professional with 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in a medium to large multi-national organization or consultancy. Candidate with mix of experience in a line role as well as consulting is preferred.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent MS Office (excel, ppt, word) skills. Knowledge of Tableau is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal / written communication skills, presentation skills and interpersonal skills
- Exposure around interacting and managing effective relationships with internal stakeholders as well as external suppliers/vendors.
- A go-getter with the ability to work under own initiative.
- Research-oriented and lateral-thinking mind set.
- Proactive, self-motivated and curious. Willing to ask questions and gain a deeper understanding of Compensation concepts.
- Have high attention to detail.
- Process driven and good at project management/multi-tasking.

The Senior Manager, Total Rewards plays a pivotal role in delivering compensation, benefits, recognition, and wellness strategies that support the entire conglomerate\'s talent agenda. This role supports multiple subsidiaries and business units, ensuring that all companies benefit from consistent, competitive, and well-governed rewards programs.
With strong expertise in job evaluation, job architecture, benchmarking, and exceptional analytical skills, the Senior Manager provides insights and frameworks that balance cost efficiency, internal equity, and market competitiveness. The role also leads the annual recognition program events, wellness initiatives, and the annual salary and promotion cycle process.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Total Rewards in designing group-wide compensation and benefits strategies.
- Lead the annual salary and promotion cycle process, including merit increase planning, budget modeling, system preparation, and manager communications.
- Drive salary benchmarking exercises and participate in external surveys to maintain competitive positioning.
- Provide data-based recommendations on pay structures, merit increases, and incentive plans.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
- 8–12 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in Compensation & Benefits/Total Rewards.
- Proven expertise in job evaluation and job architecture.
- Strong experience in benchmarking, survey participation, and annual compensation cycle processes.
