Overview The Compensation and Benefits Senior Manager is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and management of total rewards strategies that support organizational goals and attract, retain, and motivate employees. The role oversees compensation structures, benefits administration, and compliance with relevant labor and regulatory requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and HR governance frameworks. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organizational goals and industry benchmarks to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. Design and review compensation structures , salary frameworks, and incentive programs that drive performance and talent retention across all levels. Oversee benefits operations — including health, insurance, retirement, and wellness programs — ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with statutory and company policies. Ensure compliance with government regulations, labor laws, and internal governance standards related to compensation, benefits, and payroll administration. Lead HR analytics and reporting to provide insights on workforce costs, pay equity, turnover trends, and benefit utilization, supporting data-driven decision-making. Partner with leadership and HR business partners to align reward programs with talent strategies and business needs. Drive continuous improvement by reviewing current programs, recommending policy enhancements, and integrating market best practices. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate with benefits providers to optimize program value and employee experience. Lead and develop the C&B team , ensuring operational excellence and adherence to governance and control frameworks. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., CCP, GRP) is an advantage. At least 8–10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with strong exposure to benefits operations, compliance, HR policy and governance, and analytics . Solid experience in compensation structure design and total rewards strategy development , ideally gained in both consultancy (e.g., WTW) and manufacturing environments . Proven ability to interpret data, develop insights, and influence senior leadership through analytical and strategic thinking.
