Sales & Business Development, PHILIPPINES Organica is currently looking to fill a senior position in Sales & Business Development in Philippines, reporting to the Business Head – ASEAN. Summary of Responsibilities Drive BD & Sales efforts to grow and convert pipeline of opportunities for projects and services Handle lead qualification, bid/ proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and pricing strategy for all opportunities in Philippines Build strong relationships with external stakeholders such as end clients, contractors, and consultants etc. Work closely with the Regional Business Head to implement business development & sales initiatives for Philippines Map key stakeholders in both concessionaires in Metro Manila and forge strong relationship Lobbying with key decision makers at government bodies in the field of environment and wastewater management Building the Organica brand beyond Metro Manila and create business opportunities with Private businesses and LGUs Full accountability for delivering bookings, revenue, and GP targets for Philippines Gather market data and information about industry trends, competing technologies and organisations, competitive pricing, and technical specifications, etc. Manage accurate information on all potential project opportunities through Microsoft Dynamics CRM Adhere to all company policies and procedures Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering field Proven experience of at least 8-10 years in sales, business development, or marketing within the wastewater management or environmental sector Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, sales processes, and business development techniques Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced, remote environment Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in conducting market research and competitive analysis Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English and Native language Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and business development activities Creative, innovative, and enthusiastic Confidence, high level of energy and passion Self-starter; Ability to work with minimum of supervision Team player Good attention to detail, results driven Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Flexible and open to changing priorities Organica is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
