JOB TITLE: Bookkeeper Location: Clark Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday Arrangement: Onsite About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions, reconciliations, and record-keeping for a variety of clients. This role requires accuracy, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. Duties and Responsibilities Accurately allocate transactions for multiple clients using Xero and MYOB, referencing historical data when necessary. Attach client-provided receipts to the correct transactions in accounting systems. Perform bank reconciliations to ensure Xero/MYOB balances align with bank statements. Complete ad-hoc data entry tasks as required. Qualifications Certificate in Bookkeeping or equivalent qualification. Experience Previous bookkeeping experience with Australian businesses. Proficiency in Xero and MYOB accounting software. Skills Strong attention to detail with a perfectionist approach to accuracy. Proactive, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines. What's in it for you?
