We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team and support client accounts through high-quality, accurate, and timely financial processing. This role will focus exclusively on Xero Accounting software, and while training will be provided to fill any gaps, a strong foundation in bookkeeping and a good understanding of accounting principles are essential. Work Arrangement: Onsite in Clark Pampanga Work Shift: 9:00am-6:00pm PHT, Mon-Fri Tasks & Responsibilities: Notes: Significant experience is required – but training will be provided to fill any gaps. Only Xero is used for Accounting. Bookkeeping for clients Bank and Credit Card reconciliation AP Supplier statement reconciliation AP preparation / supplier invoice entry Bill coding to correct account code AR Entering and/or verifying the entry of customer invoices into accounting software. (using standard documented processes) Emailing invoice reminders / statements. Assisting with payroll for customers (some experience with Au payroll/tax/super is required) Month End reporting Debtor days Creditor report Cash flow projections – standard excel template & documented process P&Ls BAS/IAS to draft Budget vs Actuals variance report Working through Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly processes around bookkeeping for assigned client accounts. The work scope varies between clients, and scope is documented. Daily updates for Cashflow projections (standard template/process) Entering and/or verifying the entry of payments and receipts from bank Emailing / communicating to your manager any queries related to the accounts for the period Financial data cleanup Documentation of standard procedures following a recorded training session. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar Intermediate to Advanced Xero Skills Laser focused attention to detail is essential Desire to invest in personal growth Ability to multi-task across different projects and clients High degree of personal execution, organization and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Excel Intermediate to Advanced Australian accounting & tax experience Knowledgeable with legal systems Nice-to-have Skills and Experiences: Have used power BI MYOB or QuickBooks experience Structured and able to document processes Executive Assistant capabilities Job Offer: Up to 1-month FREE Accommodation for those relocating to Pampanga * 21 Days Paid Time Off (PTO) Annually + 1 Additional PTO per successful year of tenure (up to five (5) years) HMO coverage for employee +1 FREE dependent on the first day of employment +1 additional FREE dependent per successful year of tenure (up to five (5) years) Tenure Incentive Program* FREE daily meal Referral Bonus of up to Php20,000.00* ALL government mandated benefits *Terms and conditions apply #J-18808-Ljbffr
