Senior Manager, Business Development (Retail Partnerships) Join Western Union as Senior Manager, Business Development (Retail Partnerships). As an experienced sales leader, you will prospect and close large deals, grow the business over multi-year deals, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in the fast-paced digital payments space. Role Responsibilities Negotiate, close, and manage strategic and tactical business partnerships, owning revenue for assigned clients/accounts, and managing annual target settings, budgeting, forecasting, and partnership opportunities. Accountable for transactional goals and driving country revenue goals. Ensure launch of new products, expand ecosystem partnerships, and deliver exceptional customer experience. Build, review, and analyze performance and competitive data; introduce new products and pricing proposals; translate strategic directions into tactical initiatives, metrics, and deliverables to grow current and future business. Provide seamless support to Western Union Retail Services locations and subagent networks. Support strategy formulation, business modeling, business casing, and comparative & competitive analysis. Analyze market trends and customer insights to support business strategies and decisions; drive revenue growth by developing and implementing omnichannel sales, marketing, and pricing strategies. Experience in Trade Marketing is a plus. Exceed business performance targets, manage budget, business development, service delivery, marketing, and external stakeholder management. Work internally with finance, strategy, operations, marketing, and business leadership to make strategic investment decisions. Develop and maintain relationships (including C-suite level) with key stakeholders, regulators, partners, and customers. Exhibit strong program and project management skills. Control sales and marketing expenses within the region; accountable for transactional and revenue goals. Identify and prioritize service quality issues with all levels of the field team. Role Requirements 7-10 years of sales and business development experience in Remittance, Retail, Banking, or Fintech industries. Detailed understanding of the Philippines market, consumer trends, and remittance business overall. Strong leader with outstanding influencing, negotiation skills, and revenue management experience. High energy and enthusiasm to drive the business and get results. Familiar with pricing strategies, influence decisions, and good at negotiation and understanding of the digital business.
