Overview Job Highlights: Salary: Negotiation, Health benefits, Perks At least 03 years experience Able to communicate in English Job Description: Responsibilities Preparing reports and tax returns by the representative office tax law. Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies Advising on how to reduce costs Check reimbursement or liquidation receipts submitted in the internal system Keeping account books and systems up to date. Ensuring that accounts are accurately monitored and recorded Maintaining financial records that accurately record incoming and outgoing finances. Assist in dealing with payroll by processing wages and employee expense claims. Process of Country\’s Government remittances and business permit renewal Prepare project (Revenue/Expense) report, billing statement, if needed Works with the external auditors during the annual audit. Coordinate with the accountants in the representative office and HO. Other tasks as assigned by the Chief Accountant in the representative office, and in HO/BOD/HO accountant COMPANY GOVERNANCE: Manage compliance and regulatory reporting requirements (e.g. annual returns, tax returns, etc) Yêu cầu công việc Yêu cầu công việc Qualifications Workplace in abroad – Asia Area Gender: Female, age 22-30 Good English communication Personality: Seft-motive, dynamic, careful, enthusiastic about work, good communication, good inter-departmental coordination. Degree: University major in Accounting Know how to use ERP SAP (will be trained) Proficient in office computers Have knowledge and experience in the fields of Payment Accounting, Purchasing, and accounts payable. Experience: 02 years in the field of Payment Accounting, Accounts Payable/Receivable Accounting, Cost Accounting Report to: Chief Accountant in representative and Head Quarter Benefits Yearly bonus according to the final business result of the company Attending many courses internal/ external to upgrade the major.
