Responsibilities
  • Manage Cash Flow Within the Business
  • Forward Planning / Forecasting
  • Prepping Bills for Payment
  • Manage Weekly / Monthly Reports of Debtors
  • Cover Payroll While Main Admin is on Leave
  • Will Manage the Profit and Loss for Jobs
  • Sorting Bills into Invoice and Xero
Qualifications
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in accounting, AU experience is a plus
  • Experience in using Xero and Servicem8
  • High level of motivation and ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience in using Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to create, update, and maintain reports, templates, and other documentation
  • Proactive approach to task ownership and follow-through
