Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HRBP Senior Supervisor located in Quezon city. The HRBP Senior Supervisor will oversee daily HR operations, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with HR policies and regulations. The role involves collaborating with department heads to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals, conducting employee training and development programs, and managing employee benefits and compensation. Additionally, the HRBP Senior Supervisor will address employee grievances, support recruitment processes, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance regulations
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in an HR supervisory role is preferred
  • Have experience in Mobile industry is a big plus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in formulating and improving training-related systems and processes to establish a complete training system.
  • Organize and implement the training according to the stage training plan, monitor the training process, evaluate the training effectiveness, and organize training assessments.
  • Assist in the development and production of training courses and serve as an internal lecturer.
  • Responsible for the human resources department platform.
  • Analyze labor relations risks based on the actual situation of the enterprise and assist department managers in formulating risk control strategies for employee relations management.
  • Handle labor disputes and emergencies, and participate in labor arbitration and litigation.
  • Establish and improve employee relations-related systems while supervising the implementation of various systems and work procedures.
  • Standardize, normalize, and legalize contracts and policy with department Manager HRBP and company lawyer for company.
  • Answer employee labor relations-related inquiries and handle employee labor relations emergencies.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
