Recruiting Business Partner at Cognizant

Scope and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for consulting with management and leadership teams, assessing operational needs and recommending strategies to leverage best practices.
  • Recommendation and implementation of employee retention initiatives and business support activities
  • Manages, reviews and executes cases and disciplinary procedures
  • Formulates and defines HR Talent Partner metrics and scopes appropriate changes to performance outputs depending on the business requirements.
  • Develop and recommends HR policies and procedures
  • Administers programs implemented by Corporate
  • Manages the function areas of employee engagement and employee relations.
  • Acts as a strategic business partner with all other departmental and operational leads. Develops partnership by participating in meetings to provide information including but not limited to: attrition and retention analysis, data management, employee relations issues and cost control.
  • Trains, develops, and counsels supervisors and managers in the understanding and consistent application of company policy and procedures, and employment laws

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree graduate or equivalent.
  • At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
