A sales and marketing manager is responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans. He/She will also manage both the marketing and the sales staff and will perform managerial duties to meet the company's operations goals.

Sales Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for all product lines: cosmetics, ethical drugs, aesthetic injectables, and devices.
  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key accounts (clinics, hospitals, dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, pharmacies, beauty retailers).
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and distribution agreements.
  • Monitor sales pipeline, forecast demand, and ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines in promoting medical and drug products.
Marketing Responsibilities
  • Build and implement integrated marketing plans (online & offline) tailored per category.
  • Oversee brand positioning, product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Drive digital marketing, e-commerce growth, and retail activation.
  • Organize scientific seminars, workshops, and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) partnerships for medical/aesthetic products.
  • Develop marketing collaterals and training materials for sales teams and customers.
Team & Operations
  • Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales and marketing team performance.
  • Collaborate with regulatory, supply chain, and finance for seamless operations.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide business strategies.
  • Report regularly to senior management on performance, trends, and opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Academic requirements - Graduate of Business, Science or any related course, with Master’s Degree an advantage
  • Experience – Sales and marketing manager requires a Bachelor’s degree with at least 7-10 years knowledge, understanding and sales and marketing experience. Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills. Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
  • Technical – Computer, data proficiency
  • Language proficiency – Proficiency in written and oral English

Nice-to-have Qualification: Preferably those who have knowledge in retail offline, online and digital marketing
