Your bite-size role:

Power 4 All, Inc. is currently looking for a Business Development Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the business growth strategy of the organization. This position combines strategic planning, market analysis, team leadership, and a focus on creating new business opportunities and partnerships.

The ideal candidate should exhibit high standards in communication to partners and clients being an ambassador of Power 4 All. With a strong ability to initiate and deliver committed tasks ensuring utmost success in this multifaceted role.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and continually refine the company\'s business development strategy to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and threats, and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to create and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Oversee the creation of business proposals, presentations, and negotiations to secure new projects, partnerships, or contracts.
  • Analyze bidding requirements and data necessary for the tenders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, adapting strategies as necessary to address changes in the business environment.
  • Prepare and present reports on business development performance and trends to senior management.
Who we need for a high-performance team
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred); Engineering (Civil, Chemical, Electrical and Mechanical)
  • Proven experience in business development, with a track record of successful market expansion and revenue growth.
  • Strong knowledge of market research and analysis techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and administrative management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of bidding regulations and compliance.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in business development (Water)
