We are urgently in need of a MEDICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE to handle specific areas in LEGASPI areas who shares the same goals and passion in providing high-quality healthcare products and services in developing health status and quality life.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any medical-related or marketing-related course. Preferably, BS Nursing, Medical Technology, Radiologic Technology, Mass Communication, Marketing Management
  • No working experience required. Open for fresh graduates.
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel

Job Overview We’re looking for a sharp, crypto-savvy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to supercharge lead generation and fuel business growth in the fast-moving world of digital assets. In this high-impact role, you’ll be the first point of contact for some of the most influential figures in crypto — from KOLs and active traders to emerging voices in DeFi.

Your mission: research, identify, and engage with qualified leads across multiple channels, then set the stage for our Business Development team to close deals. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research crypto influencers, power traders, and niche Web3 communities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach across email, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, YouTube, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
  • Qualify leads and book meetings for the Business Development and Brokerage team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and lead management tools
  • Collaborate closely with brokers and internal teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging
  • Consistently hit (and aim to exceed) weekly and monthly KPIs related to outreach and qualified meetings

Qualifications / Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Business Development (crypto/Web3 experience highly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, DeFi, NFTs, and trading ecosystems
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume outreach across multiple platforms (Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor outreach to different audiences
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs, lead management, and productivity tools
  • Goal-oriented, competitive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
  • Self-motivated with strong research and prospecting skills
  • Ability to build genuine relationships in a community-driven space
