Sales Representative

Job Description Identify and target potential customers through various methods including cold calls, email outreach, and networking. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultative selling to prospective clients. Lead Management: Manage leads and opportunities in the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent communication. Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing and terms with customers, aiming to close deals and meet sales quotas. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle and beyond. Market Research: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to effectively position our products. Work closely with the marketing and support teams to align sales efforts with company objectives. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets in CRM systems. Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. (A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.) Experience 1-2 years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment. Experience in (industry-specific) sales is a plus. Qualifications Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers at all levels. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively, manage objections, and close sales. Problem Solving: Strong ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions through our products and services. Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and working in a target-driven environment. Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business success. Self-Motivated: Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
