
Sales Representative

Job Description
- Identify and target potential customers through various methods including cold calls, email outreach, and networking.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultative selling to prospective clients.
- Lead Management: Manage leads and opportunities in the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent communication.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing and terms with customers, aiming to close deals and meet sales quotas.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
- Market Research: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to effectively position our products.
- Work closely with the marketing and support teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets in CRM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. (A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.)
- 1-2 years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment. Experience in (industry-specific) sales is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers at all levels.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively, manage objections, and close sales.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions through our products and services.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and working in a target-driven environment.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.
- Self-Motivated: Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, events, or trade shows.
