Media Buyer

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Associate to support the execution and optimization of paid marketing campaigns across digital channels.

Arrangement: Full-Time - Mon-Fri; Hybrid- Makati

What You'll Do
  • Assist in managing paid campaigns across channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and others
  • Monitor campaign performance and implement optimizations based on data insights
  • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
  • Analyze and report on key metrics including CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets
  • Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices in digital advertising
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and media planning activities
What We're Looking For
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital or performance marketing (agency or in-house)
  • Hands-on experience with ad platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with tracking tools like Google Analytics, GA4, or other attribution platforms
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
