- Manage time wisely to meet/exceed defined performance requirements of the team or business unit.
- Follow and enforce established operations protocols and standard work procedures.
- Motivate all team members to meet their individual/team daily productivity goals.
- Provide proper and timely feedback and coaching to all direct reports.
- Interact with team members with respect, sensitivity, tact, and professionalism.
- Escalate deviations and issues with operations procedures to Business Unit Heads.
- Act as primary change agent to support Management with process and policy changes.
- Build a highly engaged, productive, and responsive workforce and create a conducive operations environment aligned with Management goals.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Customer Support Team.
- Handle customer escalations endorsed by team members.
- Serve as liaison between Accounting, PR/Marketing, Collections, and Verifications/Telemarketing Teams for cross-functional inquiries.
- Secondary function: may be assigned to special projects, tasks, or reports as needed.
- Essential: Professional background with experience in two of the following areas: Sales/Customer Service in BPO/Shared Services; Tele-CI or Loans Verifications in banking; Credit Underwriting for Personal/Consumer Loans; Collections and Recovery in local lending/financing.
- Operational understanding of Credit Underwriting, Loan Verification, and/or Collections in leadership capacity.
- Strong communication, change agent mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, analytical thinking, and quality orientation.
- Self-starter with ability to learn quickly; technical savviness with MS Office.
- Education: College graduate or at least 2 years of undergraduate/vocational studies.
- Leadership Certification; Contact Center Operations experience; Technical Certification in credit underwriting, loan verifications, or collections; Soft Skills Certification.
Salary : Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
Benefits : Paid training
Schedule : 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay : 13th month salary, Performance bonus
