KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Operations Leader Core Responsibilities:

• Manage time wisely to meet/exceed defined performance requirements of the team or business unit.
• Follow and enforce established operations protocols and standard work procedures
• Motivate all team members to be driven to meet their individual/team daily productivity goals
• Ensure proper and timely feedback and coaching are provided to all direct reports
• Interact with all members of the team with respect, sensitivity, tact, and professionalism
• Escalate immediately to Business Unit Heads ALL deviations and issues with operations procedures
• Act as primary a change agent to support Management with process and policy changes that can contribute to the overall objectives of the organization
• Build a highly engaged, productive, and responsive workforce and create a conducive operations environment where all team members collaborate towards a common goal defined by Management.

Functional Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Customer Support Team which include the following:
• Handle customer escalations endorsed by the team members.
• Act as a liaison officer between Accounting, PR/Marketing, Collections, and Verifications/Telemarketing Teams in managing cross-functional inquiries
• Secondary Function: Might be assigned to work on special projects or associated tasks or create reports as needed

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES (Essential)

• Professional Background: With direct experience in at least any two of the following: Sales/Customer Service in a BPO/Shared Services environment; Tele-CI or Loans Verifications experience from the banking industry; Credit Underwriting for Personal or Consumer Loans; Collections and Recovery experience from a local lending/financing company
• Acumen: Operational understanding of Credit Underwriting, Loan Verification, and/or Collections Processes in a leadership capacity
• Communication: Professionally conveys ideas with sensitivity, tact, and respect
• Change Agent: Moves and positively influences the team to support process changes
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Goal-focused with a can-do attitude
• Analytical: Identifies factors influencing productivity and asset quality
• Quality-Oriented: High attention to detail and compliance
• Self-Starter: Manages self-learning to stay updated on processes
• Technical Savvy: Proficient in MS Office and basic computer functions

Desirable

• Education: College graduate or at least 2 years of undergraduate/vocational studies
• Leadership Certification: Training in leadership, KPI management, coaching
• Contact Center Operations: Familiarity with CRM software and CTI systems
• Technical Certification: Training on credit underwriting, loan verifications, or collections
• Soft Skills Certification: Training in negotiation, handling difficult customers, time management

Salary : Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Job Description

I. Deliver of Quality Food Service to Customers

• Oversee and supervise daily operation of the restaurant
• Check the quality of food served according to standards
• Escort customers to their tables as needed
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations
• Check customer satisfaction and address issues
• Explain preparation methods and ingredients of menu items
• Delegate and oversee bartending, kitchen supervision, and table service duties

II. People Management

• Lead the team on each shift and uphold service standards
• Conduct briefing before opening; ensure shift staffing
• Assist RM with staff scheduling; monitor performance
• Assist RM in orientation and training for dining and kitchen staff
• Collaborate to ensure excellent service
• Other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager

III. Reports/Documents

• Check stock deliveries and maintain stock records
• Prepare reports for relevant departments

Salary : Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month

Schedule :

• 8 hour shift

Experience :
