Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Supervisor located in Central Luzon, Philippines. The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer support, and handling customer service operations. Day-to-day tasks include supervising customer service staff, resolving customer issues, implementing customer service policies, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a customer service role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Filipino) Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience using CRM or customer service tools is an advantage Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask under pressure Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Willing to work onsite in Subic Bay Freeport Zone Background in automotive, logistics, or auction industries is a plus With NO history of misconduct/disciplinary record from previous employer or on file in the last 5 years #J-18808-Ljbffr
