What You'll Be Doing Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching and support to help them deliver outstanding service Monitor team performance, set and achieve targets, and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement Foster a positive, collaborative, and motivating work environment to keep your team engaged and productive Identify and address training needs, develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner Analyse data, identify trends and insights, and provide recommendations to drive operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations What We're Looking For 1+ years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a customer service or call centre environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements Thorough understanding of customer service best practices and industry regulations Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
