Team Leader for Awesome CX by Transcom

Awesome CX by Transcom is looking for talented individuals to join our Awesome team Team Leader – Transcom Davao Be a Team Leader for our Awesome CX by Transcom Davao site. This role will focus on managing and leading a team to ensure the delivery of a superior customer experience while achieving client targets and service level components. Responsibilities Monitor and conduct coaching on performance metrics (save rate, AHT) and behavior (attendance & punctuality) of team members. Track team members’ participation to ensure training is applied, and identify additional training needs. Train new employees on company standards and procedures, including handling negative customer experiences and proper client interaction. Coordinate with HR on leave application forms, incident reports, coaching logs, overtime trackers, and other documentation. Communicate company and account goals, policies, safety practices and deadlines to the team. Qualifications Experience managing teams in startups, small accounts, or pioneering brands. Strong background in building or improving SOPs. Comfortable working in brands with evolving structures. Diverse industry exposure, not limited to Telco. Lead by example and inspire team to achieve excellence. Monitor performance metrics (AHT, save rate) and provide ongoing coaching. Deliver new hire training and ensure effective application of training. Collaborate with HR to manage documentation, including leave applications, incident reports, and overtime trackers. Foster a culture of open communication and actively resolve conflicts. Recognize high performance and organize team-building activities and continuous development. Proven experience in team leadership or a supervisory role. Strong coaching, training, and performance management skills. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Familiar with operational processes, including metrics tracking and reporting. High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment, providing rewards and motivation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
