Lava Automation specializes in custom CRM development for insurance agencies, focusing on integrating all facets of your tech stack. We also provide virtual assistants (VAs) to fill workflow gaps, which decreases overhead while increasing service request capabilities, quote and issue capacity, and retention through assisting your agents in re-marketing accounts. Our goal is to streamline agency operations and enhance overall efficiency.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Team Leader. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day team operations, coordinating tasks, and ensuring efficient workflows. The role includes managing virtual assistants, monitoring their performance, and implementing strategies to improve service delivery. The Team Leader will also liaise with clients to understand their needs and integrate solutions to optimize their CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • Team management and leadership skills
  • Experience in workflow coordination and process optimization
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and custom CRM development
  • Ability to manage and support virtual assistants
  • Excellent communication and client liaison skills
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic planning abilities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field
