About the role

Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' is seeking a passionate and experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic organisation in Davao City, Davao del Sur. As a full-time Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting a team of customer service professionals, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching and support to help them deliver outstanding service
  • Monitor team performance, set and achieve targets, and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and motivating work environment to keep your team engaged and productive
  • Identify and address training needs, develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Analyse data, identify trends and insights, and provide recommendations to drive operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

What we're looking for

  • 1+ years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a customer service or call centre environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Thorough understanding of customer service best practices and industry regulations
  • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
