We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Team Leader to guide, mentor, and manage one of our high-performing teams. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a proven track record of exceeding targets, fostering a collaborative environment, and driving strategic initiatives. As a Senior Team Leader, you will be instrumental in optimizing team performance, ensuring project success, and contributing directly to the company's growth. You will act as the crucial link between senior management and your team members, translating high-level objectives into actionable plans and tangible results. The Senior Team Leader – Dispatch Team plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and timely coordination of rides for non-emergency medical transportation services. Leading a team of dispatch professionals, this position is responsible for supervising day-to-day dispatch operations, supporting dispatch staff, managing escalations, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. This role also collaborates closely with billing, customer service, operations, and support teams to ensure an integrated and responsive transportation experience. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Development Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and coaching to team members Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and facilitate professional development opportunities Performance Management Set clear team goals and individual KPIs aligned with company objectives Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvement plans as needed Strategic Planning & Execution Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement team strategies, workflows, and processes Proactively identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and innovation Operational Oversight Manage daily operations, ensuring tasks are allocated effectively and deadlines are met Act as the primary point of contact for escalating complex issues, providing guidance and solutions Project Management Oversee the entire lifecycle of team projects, from conception to completion Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget Dispatch Operations Oversee the assignment and dispatching of trips using the One Care Solutions Platform Monitor and optimize routing, vehicle utilization, and real-time trip management to ensure timely service Analyze patterns in delays, cancellations, or missed pickups and implement improvements Coordinate with drivers and fleet teams to support on-the-ground operations Interdepartmental Coordination Serve as the team's primary liaison, fostering strong, collaborative relationships with other departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product Development, HR) Facilitate effective communication and information flow between teams to ensure alignment on cross-functional projects and company-wide goals Represent the team in interdepartmental meetings, providing updates on progress, challenges, and resource needs Compliance & Reporting Ensure team operations adhere to all company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on team performance, project status, and key metrics for senior management Analyze data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations for strategic adjustments #J-18808-Ljbffr
