Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
  • Conduct discovery meetings and needs assessments to understand potential client requirements.
  • Develop customized sales presentations and proposals that highlight the value of the company’s products or services.
  • Negotiate terms, close sales, and ensure a smooth transition from prospect to active account.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create targeted campaigns and solutions for prospective clients.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to build a strong client network.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams based on market insights and client interactions.
  • Ensure the seamless onboarding of new clients in coordination with account management or operations teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account acquisition.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and close new business deals.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development events, if needed.
