Assist in final pay computation Prepares Payroll Entries for SAP Process Allowance– validation of receipts and monitoring of balances Prepare various Journal Entries and Monthly Allowance Report Preparation of Government Reports and Remittances (SSS, PHIC, HDMF) Remittance of Govt Dues and Compensation Tax – BIR-1601C via One Hub and EFPS For DSSCI Process Payroll Prepare Payroll Entries Final pay computation Annual Computation and preparation of BIR Form 2316 Allowance – validation of receipts and monitoring of balances Journal Entries and Monthly Report on Allowance Preparation of Government Reports and Remittances (SSS, PHIC, HDMF) Remittance of Govt Dues and Compensation Tax – BIR-1601C thru Onehub and EFPS Others Uploading and downloading of various filesto/from 128 system Encoding of earnings and deductions to 128 Payroll System Other tasks which may be assigned from time to time Training, development & rotations People first.
