Unisys Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines Analyst, HR Business Partner Unisys is looking for an Analyst, HR Business Partner to support employees and leaders with HR services, policy compliance, change management and employee relations. Responsibilities Provide second‑level support to associates and leaders by responding to HR service requests and offering advice and recommendations on HR‑related matters. Implement HR processes and solutions in line with established policies, including New Hires and Terminations in the covered regions. Undertake change management initiatives, planning, driving, implementing and managing changes on a project basis. Ensure local HR practices and standards conform to government and company policy, guidelines and initiatives. Deliver prompt, accurate, consistent, and high‑quality HR services in the region; respond to inquiries from employees, managers, and the AP HR Directors. Represent the company at mediation/external meetings regarding employment relations cases, as required. Report on HR metrics and analysis to inform decision‑making. What Success Looks Like In This Role Consistently provides second‑level support and advice to associates and leaders. Exhibits end‑to‑end knowledge of HR process implementation and change management. Maintains compliance and promotes best practices across the region. Provides clear and timely responses to employee and manager inquiries. Effectively represents the company in mediation and external meetings. Reports and analyzes HR data to support organizational objectives. You Will Be Successful In This Role If You Have: Minimum of 5 years in generalist HR roles with increasing responsibilities across all HR functions. Strong Employee Relations experience and ability to provide sound advice to leaders and employees. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proactive in identifying issues and proposing solution options with clear articulation. Willingness to take ownership of allocated tasks. Commitment to adhere to defined HR processes. Adaptable and comfortable taking direction. Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools.
