Your Role The Talent Acquisition Officer will manage the end‑to‑end hiring process for all assigned tracks, ensuring timely completion of hiring requirements per agreed turnaround time. The role involves Recruitment Operations: End‑to‑end recruitment, job posting, screening, interview coordination, offer communication, client updates. Team Management: Headcount target accountability, performance reviews, 1:1 sessions, onboarding and mentoring. Client & Stakeholder Partnership: Relationship building, process improvement, escalation handling. Compliance & Reporting: Process adherence, audit preparation, tool usage, reporting to clients. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or related field (equivalent experience acceptable). At least 2 years supervisory experience in a similar scope. Experience in Recruitment Operations, Team Management, Client/Stakeholder Partnership. Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and assessment tools. Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
