Key Responsibilities:- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
- Source, screen, and assess candidates using multiple platforms (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process—from posting jobs to extending offers
- Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and generate reports as needed
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (for long-term roles)
- Fresh graduates welcome for fixed-term positions – no experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven
