Discover your 100% YOU with MicroSourcing Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: MOA, Pasay City, Metro Manila Work setup & shift: Flexible work setup | Dayshift Overview The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent for all tracks assigned and ensures the timely and effective completion of the client’s hiring requirements as per agreed hiring process and turnaround time. Responsibilities Performs end-to-end recruitment from job posting to offer negotiation to onboarding for all assigned requisitions. Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, and networking. Screens all applications received from various sourcing initiatives and assess credentials, qualifications, skills, and experiences required per position. Endorses candidates to the hiring manager for review and provides regular hiring updates. Reviews, implements, and manages recruitment tools and processes assigned. Conducts regular calibration sessions with hiring managers, if requested, to ensure alignment in terms of profile. Facilitates hand-off and communicates updates on new hires to stakeholders (Operations and Human Resources).
