Talent Acquisition Associate SMDC Pasay, National Capital Region, Philippines About the role Continuous sourcing of applicants to support manpower for all Sales Channels. Duties and Responsibilities Daily invitation of applicants for interview. Encodes all application forms to database. Screens resume of sourced applicants. Conducts initial interview to applicants. Endorses qualified applicants to the Associate Sales Director and Sales Directors for final interview, and to the Sales Head for approval. Monitors status of all processed applicants. Performs general administrative duties such as sorting and filing of resumes and application forms. Monitors payment of any related recruitment activities. Assists in preparing materials for job fairs or any sourcing events. Qualifications Graduate of any four (4) year Bachelor's degree related to Psychology, Behavioral science, or any other related courses. With one (1) year working experience in Recruitment or Sourcing in the Real Estate industry. With good oral and written communication skills. Computer Literate. Amenable to work in Pasay City, from 9 AM to 6 PM.
