Role Summary

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Officer: Merchant Acquisition to join our team in BGC, Taguig. In this role, you will play a vital part in expanding our merchant network through lead generation, strategic sales outreach, and relationship building. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in fintech and work alongside a team of experienced professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new merchant partners
  • Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and targeted prospecting
  • Conduct presentations and product demos to potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing deals
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales support
  • Report on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activities

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of sales experience in any industry; fintech or related industry experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong background in customer service , lead generation , and sales operations .
  • Experience in channel sales or B2B partnerships is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
