Cebu Pacific seeks a Revenue Management Specialist to optimize seat revenues and coordinate pricing strategies in a dynamic airline environment. Your Role Key responsibilities include: Coordinating with various departments to meet revenue optimization requirements. Initiating and recommending competitive pricing for assigned routes, including FITs and Groups. Determining seat allocation across different fare buckets on assigned routes. Ensuring seat revenues are optimized. Conducting tactical activities such as promotional sales and schedule optimization. Recommending equipment usage based on route performance. Participating actively in Commercial functions in coordination with other Commercial departments/units. Coordinating with Sales, Ticketing, Customer Care, Loyalty, ISD, Network Control Center, Airport Services, Revenue Accounting, and Treasury departments. About You The company is looking for: Graduate of a bachelor's degree, ideally in business or finance-related majors. 0-2 years of experience; prior experience in Revenue Management or airline-specific revenue management is a plus. Open to fresh graduates with a strong background. Proficiency in Statistical/Economic Analysis. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Detail and results-oriented mindset. Problem solver and team player. Comfortable working in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.
