Position NetSuite Functional Consultant Work Setup & Shift Remote (Day Shift) As a NetSuite Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing the exact business processes that need to be addressed through the ERP. You will determine the systems and work directly with clients and management to explain system requirements, design and propose solutions, configure the software, and train employees. Responsibilities Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, and provide recommendations on how to best leverage Netsuite to meet their needs. Design, configure, and customize Netsuite ERP to align with clients' business processes and requirements. Conduct end‑user training and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful adoption of Netsuite ERP. Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve any functional issues or bugs. Keep up-to-date with the latest Netsuite features and functionality, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful implementations. Act as a subject‑matter expert for Netsuite ERP and provide guidance and support to other team members. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in ERP systems and share knowledge with the team. What You Need Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant. Hands‑on experience with Suitesuccess methodology implementation. FAM, Project Management & NSPB experience, preferred but not required. Experience in designing and implementing customizations and workflows in NetSuite ERP. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members. Proven track record of successful NetSuite ERP implementations and strong project‑management skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership. NetSuite certification is a plus.
