Overview The project is for a ServiceNow Partner based in Canada. Full Remote. Required Skills and Knowledge: ServiceNow Platform: Deep experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Software Asset Management and CMDB configuration. IT Infrastructure: Understanding of IT infrastructure topologies, including servers (Windows/Linux), networks, and applications. Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud resource discovery and management. Networking and Security: Knowledge of authentication, user policies, and permissions to ensure secure access for discovery probes, sensors and patterns. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex discovery issues. ITIL Framework: Familiarity with ITIL processes, especially related to Configuration Management. Interpersonal skills: capable of leading technical meetings, and able to communicate complex technical matters to executives in a simple way.
