About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Senior NetSuite Consultant to lead the optimization, automation, and integration of NetSuite across manufacturing, e‑commerce, and financial operations. The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on expertise in NetSuite Manufacturing, Inventory, Finance, and SuiteCommerce, with a proven ability to design scalable solutions that align with business goals. This role requires someone strategic and technical, capable of leading implementations, driving process improvements, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Key Responsibilities Configure Work Orders with Routings , phasing out Assembly Builds. Set up, optimize, and maintain Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to align with production needs. Establish and refine Routings and Work Centers for efficient manufacturing operations. Configure and manage lot‑tracked items , enforcing standardized processes. Implement workflows for demand planning and supply allocation . System Design & Governance Redesign roles and permissions to strengthen access controls across financial and reporting modules. Audit, document, and reduce customizations to align with NetSuite best practices . Ensure long‑term system scalability and compliance. Automation & Workflows Build and maintain business workflows and scripts to streamline critical processes. Automate approval flows, critical alerts, and customer communications. Set up automated reminders for expiring licenses and related notifications. Ensure accurate costing methods and integration of production costing with financials. Support month‑end close , variance analysis, and management reporting. Collaborate with finance teams to maintain compliance and data integrity. SuiteCommerce & Web Integration Refresh or redesign the SuiteCommerce website , enhancing UX/UI and updating product content. Integrate real‑time inventory visibility and pricing rules . Lead the integration between Shopify and NetSuite , ensuring data accuracy and stability. Templates & Documents Modernize and standardize Advanced PDF/HTML templates (invoices, POs, packing slips, etc.). Ensure consistent branding and formatting across all customer‑facing documents. Reporting & Analytics Build Workbooks, Datasets, Dashboards, and KPIs for key business units. Create Saved Searches and real‑time reporting for leadership visibility. Optimize reporting for operational, financial, and manufacturing data. General NetSuite Administration Manage sandbox testing and deployments via SuiteBundler or structured change management. Apply SuiteScript knowledge or collaborate effectively with developers. Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to ensure system stability. Requirements 5+ years of hands‑on NetSuite experience , including administration and optimization for manufacturing, e‑commerce, and finance. Expertise in NetSuite Manufacturing, Inventory, Finance, CRM, Reporting & Analytics, SuiteCommerce , and Supply Planning. Proven experience optimizing processes and applying industry best practices. Strong background in role management, template customization , and workflow automation. Experience in system audits, data migration , and integration oversight. Familiarity with SuiteScript (ability to write or manage developers). Experience integrating Shopify with NetSuite . Background in heavy manufacturing and/or e‑commerce environments . Advanced proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft Planner. Previous experience with consulting or implementation partners . Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Preferred: NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation, or similar). Experience with complex ERP integrations and process redesign. Prior leadership in large‑scale NetSuite implementation projects.
