About the Role We are searching for a skilled NetSuite ERP Consultant with deep expertise in advanced manufacturing. This individual will lead end-to-end implementations for global clients, leveraging extensive project leadership experience and strong functional knowledge of NetSuite manufacturing modules. The successful candidate will deliver complex, production‑critical ERP solutions across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities Core Requirements (Must-Have) Lead full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations, bringing 3–5+ years of direct, hands‑on experience. Configure and optimize Advanced Manufacturing modules, including: Multi‑level Bills of Materials (BOMs) with alternates and variants Routing and Work Centres, managing load balancing and labour cost allocation Material Requirements Planning (MRP) for demand forecasting, reorder planning, and safety stock strategies Work Order management, covering creation, issuance, completion, and Work‑In‑Progress (WIP) tracking Manufacturing execution through Shop Floor Mobile, barcode scanning, and tablet‑based updates Lot tracking and serialized inventory for expiration control and traceability Integration of Quality Management Systems (QMS) within production routing Outsource Manufacturing and Subcontractor workflows Standard costing, WIP accounting, and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) reporting for manufacturing Implement Supply Chain and Demand Planning workflows, including: Procure to Pay and Order to Cash processes Demand forecasting and automated work order generation Vendor‑managed inventory (VMI) and reorder alerts Deliver real‑time dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for production monitoring, WIP ageing, component shortages, scrap tracking, and manufacturing Conduct business process discovery with clients to identify gaps, propose effective solutions, and design scalable ERP workflows tailored to manufacturing operations. Develop functional specifications for customizations, integrations, saved searches, workflows, and reports that address manufacturing needs. Nice‑to‑Have Manage project resources, including internal teams and subcontractors, as well as oversee scope, budget, and timelines. Provide post‑go‑live support, user training, and change management assistance. Experience integrating with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Expertise with NetSuite SuiteSuccess methodology. Collaborate effectively with C‑level executives, finance, and operations teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
