Job Responsibilities
  • Answers phone calls and provides information/assistance to clients
  • Checks mail, fax, and internet mail to provide customer assistance
  • Communicates with customers on the phone or in written correspondence to address concerns
  • Responds to participant questions and clarifies what information is being requested
Qualifications
  • Open to candidates who completed college; no experience required
  • Open to High School and Senior High School graduates with BPO experience
  • Excellent to above-average English communication skills
  • BPO experience is a plus but not necessary
  • Onsite work ability
  • Within 25–35 km of the work location
