About the role
XFUTURE' is seeking a talented and customer-focused Baguio Office Non-voice and Voice Account to join our team in Baguio City, Benguet. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through both non-voice and voice channels, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels
- Responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and providing feedback to the team
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer service delivery
- Continuously learning and developing your skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the non-voice and voice account domain
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle customer queries
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Knowledgeable in Amazon platform or any related platform is a plus
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
