Overview

Non-Voice Agent - No BPO Experience - Up to 25K Start ASAP

We are seeking candidates who can provide customer support via non-voice channels and are open to on-site work.

Job Responsibilities
  • Answers phone calls and provides information/assistance to clients
  • Checks mail, fax, and internet mail to provide customer assistance
  • Communicates with customers on the phone or in writing to address concerns
  • Answers participant questions and discusses needs to understand what information is being requested
What we're looking for (Qualifications)
  • Open to candidates who completed college; no experience required
  • Open to High School and Senior High School graduates with BPO experience
  • Excellent to above-average English communication skills
  • BPO experience is a plus but not necessary
  • Can do onsite work
  • Within 25–35 km of the location
