Job Description posted today. Job title: USRN. Start Date: July 22 and July 29. Location: Alabang / Taguig / QC. Shift: Graveyard Shift. Rest Day: Sat & Sun / Sun & Mon. Set up: Permanent WFH.
Responsibilities- Review and validate clinical documentation and coding for determinations (e.g., Prior Authorization List (PNL/EPAL), state grid, LCDs, NCDs).
- Make final determinations based on clinical and departmental guidelines.
- Achieve and maintain established productivity and quality goals.
- Conduct non-clinical research to support determinations.
- Review existing clinical documentation and validate diagnostic/procedure/service codes to ensure relevance and accuracy.
- Support and participate in training and staff development initiatives.
- Provide non-voice and voice support with 80% non-voice and 20% voice (Outbound).
- Active/Inactive PHRN License and Active/Inactive US Mainland/Non-Mainland License (license eligibility acceptable in some cases).
- 3 to 6 months of experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree (required).
- English language proficiency (required).
- USRN/PHRN license (required).
- Willingness for Permanent Work From Home; on-site reporting possible for client visits.
- Open for candidates nationwide in the Philippines; prior license expirations considered acceptable; Northern Marianas Island State License accepted.
- Employment type: Full-time, Permanent.
- Salary: Php 45,600.00 – Php 55,600.00 per month.
- Benefits: health insurance, life insurance, paid training, promotion to permanent employee, work from home.
- Schedule: 8 hour night shift; 80% non-voice, 20% voice (Outbound).
- 11,600 non-taxable allowances; 100k SOB; payout schedule: 25% after 30 days, 25% after 90 days, 50% after 180 days; 1-year clawback.
