Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs. Create marketing plans and campaigns to drive brand awareness and revenue growth. Strategic Planning & Execution Build and strengthen the company’s brand identity. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms. Oversee creative development of marketing materials. Digital & Traditional Marketing Manage social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and digital ads. Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives such as events, sponsorships, and print campaigns. Content Development Oversee creation of engaging content for websites, brochures, ads, and presentations. Coordinate with internal teams or agencies for creative outputs. Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and support sales targets. Develop customer retention and loyalty programs. Budget Management Prepare and manage the marketing budget. Monitor ROI and optimize spending for maximum impact. Performance Tracking & Reporting Track marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management. Adjust strategies based on analytics and campaign results. Lead, mentor, and supervise the marketing team. Foster collaboration and innovation within the department.
