Overview

The Marketing Supervisor – Product Marketing plays a crucial role in guiding the development and success of new products and promotions that lead to company growth. The role involves collaboration with Asia Pacific cross-functional teams to support the new product development process, ensure product viability aligned with market trends, track product key performance indicators and ensure alignment of product & promotions to business goals. The Marketing Supervisor will also be tasked with developing, executing and monitoring the success of promotions that support business growth and will be the SKU Management Lead. This role will champion tracking of the product-level business and financial performance and evaluation of sales and financial data to uncover opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Market Research & Analysis
    • Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, pain points and competitive landscape to recommend ideal product strategy & positioning
    • Analyze customer & distributor feedback on current and upcoming products to identify opportunities
    • Track product KPIs and prepares reports on product performance and market trends
  • Business Performance Tracking
    • Track product KPIs and prepare reports on product and promotion results
    • Analysis of company results and financial performance through product and promotion performance
  • SKU Management
    • Champions the SKU creation and maintenance procedure for new and existing products within the Herbalife Business Suite
    • Prepares groundwork and approvals on all necessary documentations related to SKU setup including coordination with Finance and Regulatory
  • Product & Promo Development & Launch
    • Oversee the entire product & promo life cycle from ideation to development to launch
    • Work closely with Regional Product Marketing, Brand, Sales, and Business Methods team to bring the product & promotions to life
    • Ensure key milestones are met timely in the new product development process and new promo process
    • Ensure launch of new products & promotions in agreed timelines
  • Stakeholder Communication
    • Works with the supply chain team on product & promo related concerns and provides regular updates on product progress and product & promo supply risk and outcomes
  • Website Content Management
    • Along with Brand Marketing, conceptualizes and develops content pages using information from resource center and uploading of content
    • Publishes company & member announcements on Herbalife internal and external web pages
    • Creation of product SKU, product requirements and data, configuration into online catalog tree and resource library maintenance
  • Vendor Management
    • Sourcing suppliers and initial meetings for development of promotions
    • Secures and files accreditation documents
    • Coordinates and manages the vendor from pre-promo planning until launch
