Internal Aspect - Administrative
1. Helps resolve small issues encountered by employees.
2. Witnesses the collector's cash remittances to the cashier/accounting clerk.
3. Prepares initial reports and submits to the Market Manager for MANCOM/EXECOM.
4. Coordinates with Head Office for any Operation's Related Concerns of the Market.
5. Ensures all documentation are in-lined with what the Head Office is implementing.
6. Assists prospect tenants when inquiring regarding market stalls in the absence of the Manager.

External Aspect - Day to day physical operations of the Market
1. Monitors and makes incident reports regarding the physical status of the market submitted to the market manager.
2. Facilitates the receiving of operating supplies/deliveries.
3. Monitor employees if the schedule prepared by the manager are being followed.
4. Conducts regular inspections.
5. Carry out other related tasks requested by management as the need arises.
