Job Description

The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. This role involves planning, implementing, and analyzing marketing initiatives across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with company goals. The Marketing Supervisor will lead a team of marketing professionals, coordinate with internal departments and external partners, and play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the marketing team.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and social media platforms.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools; recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Manage marketing budgets and track expenditures to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate with vendors, media agencies, and third-party suppliers.
  • Organize promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and proposals for management review.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of progressive marketing experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, email campaigns).
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with CRM tools, graphic design platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe), and content management systems is a plus.
Work Set-Up
  • Hybrid arrangement : 3 days onsite reporting in BGC, Taguig and 2 days work-from-home (WFH).
  • Required to work onsite from Monday to Friday , between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM .
