Role Description This is a full‑time remote role for a Business Development Manager at Cerena Solutions. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, developing growth strategies, and promoting the company’s services. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential clients in industries requiring integration solutions, such as education technology, government, telecommunications, healthcare, finance, and etc. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, outreach, and leveraging industry connections. Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals tailored to client requirements. Negotiate and close contracts while ensuring smooth handovers to delivery teams. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies. Collaborate with marketing, pre‑sales, and technical teams to align efforts and deliver comprehensive client solutions. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs related to revenue, client acquisition, and deal closures. Foster long‑term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and identify upselling opportunities. Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of experience Familiarity with MuleSoft/Salesforce is an advantage.
