Competitive Rewards: above-market compensation, healthcare coverage day one, dependents, paid time-off with cash conversion, group life insurance, performance bonuses A Collaborative Spirit: participate in company-sponsored events and activities Work‑Life Harmony: flexible work arrangements to balance work and life Career Growth: opportunities for continuous learning and advancement Inclusive Teamwork: a diverse inclusive culture that celebrates everyone Your Role As an Assistant Trust Accountant, you will: Run end‑of‑month processes for assigned Winbeat, iBAIS, Java + other systems Draw income statements and calculate GST Import daily banking transactions and reconcile ledgers Generate end‑of‑month reports and post manual journal entries Move cash between client accounts and monitor/clear financed transactions File reports and maintain BI analytical reports from insurance systems Use QlikSense, NPrinting, Power BI for frequent and ad‑hoc reporting Interpret data, analyze results, and produce analytical reports within agreed timelines Support monthly and ad‑hoc reconciliations between broking and finance systems Assist with change management, roll‑outs, and continuous improvements Prepare & reconcile bordereaux Collaborate with IT and the PAS Trust Accounting team and Accounts teams (Manila, AU Central services) Secure scheduled data tasks; manage internal & external ticket requests for PAS and BI systems What You Need Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, analysis, formatting, filters, charts, functions) Database administration experience and handling large datasets (preferred) At least 2 years of experience in data and financial analysis Experience working with Australian, UK, and US clients (advantage) Relevant insurance industry experience (advantage) Experience with BI tools (Qlik, Tableau, Microsoft BI) is an advantage Build and maintain Excel templates and dashboards Bonus Points Remain calm under pressure Strong teamwork, communicate needs, give constructive feedback, and step in when needed Work autonomously and exercise sound judgment independently About MicroSourcing With over 9,000 professionals across 13 delivery centers, MicroSourcing is the pioneer and largest offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines.
