Job DescriptionAccounting Procedures
- Updates and prepares Accounts receivable/ Accounts payable books.
- Assist in internal reports preparation (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
- Assists in monthly reconciliation of transaction ensuring accurate recording, and eliminating discrepancies.
Billing and Collection
- Monitors and updates billing and collection, prepares reports of collection per agent and region.
- Follow-up collection with customers/dealers.
- Prepares Statement of Accounts
- Receives sales orders from Sales Agents, checks inventory and informs agents of stocks availability. Encodes orders in QB and prepaes sales invoices.
- Validates sales prices for orders from sales agents.
- Monitors and updates inventory ensuring accurate recording in QB.
- Prepares various reports related to sales.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance and other related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting and Finance Departments.
- Proven track record of achieving accounting targets and on time reports generation.
- Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge and Skills in the use of Accounting Software.
- Detail-oriented in Accounting.
- Language: English, Filipino, Chinese (Mandarin and Hokkien area plus).
