Territory Account Manager – Logicalis Asia Pacific About the Company Logicalis Asia, part of the Logicalis Group, a leading international IT solutions and managed services provider, has acquired a majority stake in iZeno, a company specialising in digital transformation, application modernisation, DevOps, customer experience and hybrid cloud solutions. Founded in 2003, iZeno delivers custom‑built technology solutions to keep enterprises running seamlessly. With a team of 120+ innovators, we have implemented over 500 enterprise solutions across Cloud, CRM, Data Analytics and other technologies, serving clients in Singapore and across Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines. Responsibilities Manage inbound leads from various channels, including principal vendors, events, trade shows, and digital marketing. Define and execute territory/account sales plans in assigned territories to meet and exceed financial goals. Acquire new accounts and identify new opportunities. Develop, manage, and report pipeline diligently and accurately. Track customer and transactional information in a CRM. Establish and maintain strong, trusted client relationships. Collaborate cohesively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Essential Qualifications Great interpersonal skills, enjoys networking and negotiation. Good ability to articulate clearly over calls and emails. Good understanding of technology and its impact on businesses. Self‑motivated and does not require micro‑management.
